country who participated in the "America's Last Great Canal: How the
I&M Canal United 19th Century America" workshops in 2004 and 2005
(funded by the National Endowment for the Humanities) prepared the
following lesson plans. The lessons have been separated by grade level
and prepared in three different formats for your convenience. For those
of you who use word processing files like Word Perfect, Lotus notes
etc. you can use the Rich Text Format. For those that do not have a
word program or do not want to download anything, just use the HTML
Webpage link and print the lesson plans.
